Cell phone number reverse lookup?

Last night I got a harassing phone call that really disturbed me. I know it’s someone that goes to my school (or someone I know) and I’d really like to know who it is. I went to a reverse lookup site and the only information I could get was the phone’s location and where it was purchased. I couldn’t find the owner’s name because I had to pay for it and I don’t have a credit card.
