There is no free cell phone directory, yet. Most of the services online let you do a reverse cell number lookup first to check they have the number in their records before you pay and do offer a money back guarantee.

There might be some free cell phone lookup sites out there but I would not really trust them giving out accurate information.
There has been some talk about offering this for free but I havent found a reliable service

If they are calling from a cellphone, there is no way to look it up. Probably friends goofing around!!!

if you goole it oyu shu,d be able to find it, ive done it before, but if its a cell phone, it will jsut tell you out of what town their billing is out of.
