Simply put, wireless providers don’t disclose their subscriber information. This is part of all wireless carriers privacy policy. When you set up your phone number with a landline carrier they publish your number because they are the ones making the phonebooks. there are services out there that will allow you to list your cell number with them if you want to, but this is a way to invite unwanted phone calls. Over the past few years wireless carriers have discussed putting out a wireless directory, but due to customer protest they decided not to.
